PUSH Industries made waves last year by launching a high-end coil shock aimed at aggressive trail riders and enduro racers. Now, this Loveland, Colorado-based suspension tuning company is updating its flagship shock and launching a line of suspension maintenance products.
The updated shock uses a Micro-XD coating to increase hardness and reduce friction. The result is an increase in durability and small bump-compliance.
Push has also increased the size of the shock’s oil reservoir to better manage heat and reduce the likelihood of fade on long descents.
Last but not least, the company sought to address criticism from some riders that the shock wasn’t “poppy” enough. To remedy this, Push developed a new damper piston designed to make the shock feel livelier.
