Endura launches new custom kit option

http://ift.tt/2glBWZ7

Ever looked at the cycling jerseys available on the market and felt like you could do better? Well, when it comes to the aesthetic design element you can now give it a go. Scottish brand Endura has launched a custom kit option that means you can upload any design you fancy and get it printed onto one of its jerseys.

Endura joins the ranks of many cycle clothing companies in offering a custom kit option, such as Pactimo and Cuore, but is unusual in that it is one of only a few companies that offer this service with low order numbers — just one garment, in fact.

The Endura.me website takes prospective kit designers through the full process, from selecting the kit they want to uploading a design, seeing it visualised on a 3D rendered model, then saved, shared (if desired), and purchased.

Designs can be developed in a number of packages: Endura recommends Adobe Illustrator, but Photoshop, CorelDraw and others are also suggested. Files must be uploaded as AI, PDF, PNG or JPG formats and must be at a resolution of no less than 7,000x7,000 pixels.

The 3D design model is based on the same technology that Endura designers use themselves and once purchased the kit is produced in-house at Endura HQ near Edinburgh, Scotland.

The kit available

There are four garments available in the custom kit range: the WT Race Jersey (£99), the WT Bibshort with a custom hem graphic (£129), the WT Bibshort with full graphic (£139) and the Classic Jersey (£79). Prices are only offered in pounds sterling on the Endura.me website, so international pricing will be dependent on currency exchange rates at time of purchase.
