On an average day at an international tradeshow like Eurobike or Interbike, a BikeRadar reporter will walk about 10miles. Multiply 10miles times 10 staffers times three days of Eurobike, three days of Interbike and two days of Interbike’s Outdoor Demo, and you get this answer: We really should be riding a bike instead of doing all this walking!

Poor mathematics aside, we did return home from Friedrichshafen and Las Vegas with camera cards full of fuzzy images, and notebooks stuffed with illegible scribbling on the latest and greatest products that the bike industry is hoping to sell in 2017.
Whether at Eurobike or Interbike, the standard greeting among friends goes something like this: “Hey, man. Good to see you. See anything cool at the show?”
