ODI has been making grips for over 30 years and offers a wide range of designs and styles. The Rogues are some of the company's thickest MTB offerings, designed to give beefed up security and shock absorption.
Once fixed in place with a clamp and 2.5mm Allen bolt at each end, these 130mm long grips fit snugly to the handlebar and feel totally secure without any bagginess or play. The large raised pads and fairly soft rubber make for a slightly tacky feel that provides cushioned control through even the most battering sections of trail. The 33mm external diameter is pretty chunky though and won’t be to everyone’s taste – if you’re a fan of thin grips you’ll need to look elsewhere.

Despite the slightly pliable rubber compound, the Rogues haven’t shown any signs of wear and tear during testing. The hard nylon snap-on end caps have lasted well too, despite a few scrapes and crashes.
