Evelyn Stevens broke the womenandrsquo;s UCI Hour Record on Saturday in Colorado Springs, Colo., setting the new 60-minute mark at 47.980 km and replacing Bridie Oandrsquo;Donnellandrsquo;s (AUS) mark of 46.882 km, which was set Jan. 22.
