Jolien D'Hoore (Wiggle Honda) took her second consecutive stage win Wednesday at the Boels Rentals Ladies Tour, winning a sprint finish in Tiel ahead of Lucinda Brand (Rabo-Liv) and Christine Majerus (Boels Dolmans) to extend her overall lead in the six-day race that ends Sunday.
