Santa Cruz Bicycles and its sister brand Juliana have been bought out by Dutch cycling giant Pon Holdings BV, which also owns Cervelo, Focus, BBB Cycling and other bike brands.
According to a company press release, Santa Cruz will stay in Santa Cruz, California, and current CEO and joint founder Rob Roskopp will remain in his position, along with the existing management team.

Santa Cruzwas founded in 1993 by former professional skateboarder Roskopp and his associate Rich Novak.
BikeRadar reached out to Santa Cruz for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
