Christine Majerus (Boels-Dolmans) took a hard-fought win at the Dwars door de Westhoek on Sunday in Belgium. The Luxembourg champion won the 127km race ahead of Elena Cecchini (Canyon-SRAM) and Emma Johansson (Wiggle High5).
