Katrin Garfoot (Orica-AIS) has secured overall victory in the four-day Santos Women's Tour, after finishing third in the final criterium stage in Victoria Park.
Kimberley Wells of the High5 Dream Team won the final stage after an hour of intense racing on the 1.2km circuit. She hit out early after the final sweeping bend and lead home the peloton. Annette Edmondson (Wiggle High5 Pro Cycling) was second and Garfoot finished third.
Garfoot started the stage in the same time as rivals Lauren Kitchen (HiTec Products), Shelley Olds (Cylance Pro Cycling) and Dani King (Wiggle High5) but won thanks to better stage placings.
