FMB World Tour 2015: Starts this weekend in New Zealand

The FMB World Tour is back this weekend, with the first event of the year to be held at Crankworx Rotorua. Not only the first event of the year, it's a Diamond event - one of only five Diamond series events that we'll see in 2015. The other four events are at Crankworx Les Deux Alpes, Crankworx Whistler, Swatch Prime Line, and the infamous Red Bull Rampage. The Rotorua course has been designed and built by NZ Slopestyle legend Kelly McGarry, and is packed with wooden kickers of serious magnitude! It's unusual for a Slopestyle course as it's partially built through trees, whereas most courses are entirely open.

Last year's FMB World Tour winner Brandon Semenuk isn't competing due to concentrating on video projects this year, so there's space for someone at the top. We're sure there will be some crazy riding going down in the hope of getting on that top step of the podium. You can watch the competition unfold live on Red Bull Bike, this Saturday (28th March) at 11.30pm.
