Ergon reveal new GE1 grips

The GE1 grips from Ergon are new for 2014 and have been designed specifically for downhill/enduro mountain biking.

Ergon worked with the Canyon enduro team and most notably, multiple downhill champion Fabien Barel, to develop them.

The idea behind the GE1s was to create a set of grips that could be used more specifically for downhill trail riding/enduro racing, where riders hold the grips on the outside edge, with their elbows bent.

The GE1 grips use a single carbon reinforced inner collar to lock onto the bar and are shaped in a way that helps to alleviate arm and hand pump.
