RIBMO stands for RIde Bicycle MOre and this tyre is unequivocally the toughest we've tested recently.

We’ve thrown it at everything from rough summer bridleways to heavily-loaded urban winter commuting without it skipping a beat.

The stiff, heavily armoured carcass does need patience to get onto your rim at first, and you’ll notice a dip in speed and increase in rumble compared with full race rubber. Wet corners will need to be treated with respect too.

But the RIBMO's dogged durability boosts its value for anyone who wants fully comprehensive pneumatic insurance underwriting their ride. And it comes in loads of sizes too.
