Optum-Kelly Benefit Strategies enjoyed a fine finale to the Baystate Cyclocross Weekend as Jeremy Durrin and Crystal Anthony won the elite races on Sunday.
The weekend’s events, run at the Chocksett School in Sterling, Massachusetts, served as rounds nine and 10 of the Verge New England Cyclocross Championship Series.
In the men’s race, Durrin found a way to stop the unstoppable Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus), who had to settle for second after winning Saturday’s opener.
Curtis White (Cannondale-Cyclocrossworld.com) finished third.
In women’s racing, Anthony prevailed in a hard-fought battle with Arley Kemmerer (C3-Twenty20). Elle Anderson (California Giant-Specialized) rounded out the podium in third.
