Chris King adds XD driver body for SRAM XX1

http://ift.tt/1hoeJj3

Chris King today announced the release of a new XD driver body that enables the use of SRAM XX1 and XO1 cassettes on current ISO and ISO DH disc-compatible rear hubs. The new bodies will start shipping on May 1; pricing is yet to be announced.

Chris King will offer the new XD-compatible bodies in heat treated stainless steel only, although with a claimed weight of 331g for a complete 142x12mm hub, it adds just 6g over a standard ISO model with an aluminum driver. Even better, however, is that the new driver will retain Chris King's proven RingDrive freehub mechanism and can be retrofitted on to current ISO and ISO DH hubs as an aftermarket upgrade.

Chris king has released a new sram xx1/xo1-compatible xd driver body for its iso and iso dh rear hubs:

Chris King will offer complete XD-equipped hubs in nine colors and conversion kits will be available in multiple configurations depending on your DIY comfort level. The new hubs will also be sold as part of complete wheelsets.

Chris king will offer the new xd driver body as complete hubs, built into wheelsets, or as a retrofittable aftermarket upgrade:
