USA Cycling announced Tuesday an innovative new benefit for race directors and participants alike. With the change, all events and participants that utilize USA Cyclingandrsquo;s online registration system in 2015 will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with USA Cyclingandrsquo;s new Event Cancellation Protection Program. This benefit will provide refunds for registrants who registered for an event or race that is cancelled due to adverse weather, natural disaster or terrorism.*
