USA Cycling on Wednesday announced three changes to its road calendars. The Delray Beach Twilight Festival will not be on the 2014 edition of the USA Cycling National Criterium Calendar. Additionally, the Winston-Salem Classic races on the NCC and National Racing Calendar have changed dates.
